Hand to Hold Initiative
Starting September
Hand to hold is a community initiative which seeks to meet the holistic needs of the family by encouraging healthy habits among children. The La Joya Paediatric Resource Center has an extensive archive of paediatric and parenting information. We want to expand our mission of paediatric care to include a focus on prevention and education among the wider community. Children from both the primary and secondary schools in the area will be invited to visit the Resource Center and will be engaged in age-appropriate activities ranging from multimedia presentations to more tactile demonstrations on a variety of topics focusing on health and healthy lifestyle choices.
To make bookings or for any information on any of our programs, write to bookings@lajoyamd.com or call (868) 645-3561.
